We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-conscious Chemical Lawn Applicator to join our team. This role involves applying fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn treatment products to residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely mix and apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other turf care products according to company standards and state/federal regulations.
- Calibrate and operate spray and spreader equipment.
- Diagnose lawn issues, including weeds, diseases, and pests, and recommend treatment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, including products used, amounts, and property details.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner, providing education about lawn treatments and answering basic questions.
- Assist with additional lawncare tasks as needed (aeration, soil testing, etc.).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior lawncare, landscaping, or agricultural experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting 50lb bags of fertilizer.
